The Asylum is a location featured in Hitman: Codename 47 and Hitman: Contracts. It is located in an undisclosed place in Romania, although a letter from Dr. Ort-Meyer to Pablo Ochoa highly suggests the county in which the building is located is Satu Mare.

Background

Hitman: Codename 47

In Hitman: Codename 47 it is the setting for the missions Training, The Setup and Meet Your Brother. It housed two orderlies, around 13 No. 48 clones, and Dr. Ort-Meyer himself. The top layer held over dozens of patients, and the whole building held few weapons.

Hitman: Contracts

In Hitman: Contracts, it is the setting for Asylum Aftermath where Agent 47 and Dr. Ort-Meyer's body is found dead in the white void room.
