Chile, officially the Republic of Chile (Spanish: República de Chile), is a country on the West coast of South America and one of the most prosperous and stable countries on that continent. Geographically, it is notable for its long and narrow north-south disposition, occupying a slender strip of territory that is wedged between the Andes Mountains and the Pacific coast. Chile is home to more than 17.5 million people. Its capital and biggest city is Santiago de Chile. Chile is world-famous for its excellent wine.

In Hitman: Blood Money, Agent 47 visits the Chilean province of Colchagua in the O'Higgins Region to eliminate Fernando and Manuel Delgado, two high ranking members of the Delgado cartel, on their private vineyard in a remote valley. 47 successfully killed both targets and their deaths were also ruled out as accidents, even though it is shown that 47 strangled Fernando.

In Hitman Sniper: The Shadows, The Shadows visit an recently re-occupied abandoned observatory in Atacama following the disappearance of 47 and a coup happening in Chile. There they eliminate Garrick Wolfe, Dieter Mayer and José Bernado Matorras and successfully prevent the coup from properly taking shape, though not before Matorras kills Vincente Pau Cassandra, the president of Chile.
