The Derringer is a pistol featured in Hitman: Codename 47, and Hitman: Absolution.

Hitman: Codename 47[]
It is normally unobtainable unless using the "giveall" cheat. It is the only gun in the entire hitman series which is silenced without a silencer even less noisy than any suppressed gun.only noise heard is the bullets hitting something after being fired.
It is a small gun about 4-5" and is silenced. It holds 4 rounds and the ammo is not obtainable unless using the "infammo" cheat.

It can be obtained off of Lenny Dexter in Shaving Lenny.
