Finding the CIA Agent[]

Although the CIA agent is in the medical wing, 47 first needs to gain access to the rehab center, then go through it to get to the medical wing where the so-called troubled patients are kept.

Getting in the clinic[]

1)Stealing Admission Papers[]

The easiest way to gain entry to the medical wing is to steal a patient's admission papers that is waiting north, outside the clinic.

Climb the vine covered wall and sneak to take the patient's papers that lie on the nearby bench, be sure to sneak as he turns around immediately and the guards will turn hostile if you're seen stealing the papers.

Walk into the clinic and place the papers at the reception desk, then wait until the nurse has unlocked the changing room and dress in a patient's robes.

If you've brought a gun, it's better to drop them there, as the guard will frisk 47 before he allows him to enter the clinic.

2)Sedating a Patient[]

For this route, travel forward until you find the trash bins, and behind one, there will be a patient trying to stealthily drink some alcohol, sneak behind him and dispose of him, now take his outfit and stash his body in the trash bin.

3)Sneaking In[]

47 can climb the gutter next to the locked door to the west of the main entrance in order to sneak into the medical wing. Wait until the patient body guard comes out for a smoke and then sneak in past him (don't bother taking his clothes). You can pick the locked door next to the gutter and then pick the door in front of this until you're outside the back. Lure the policeman out by breaking the utility box marked on the map, sedate him, and steal his clothes. There is a nearby dumpster you can stash him in. Note that the guards will drag the bodies (like the targets in the main building) to this room, so its better not to leave the policeman dead here.  You could also sneak past the window, and sneak up behind him and sedate him, and drag him to the very dumpster, but this may take time, and people may interrupt you disposing him, as long as you don't make a lot of noise, this method should work well without much luck. One important thing is, the guards will drag body bags (assuming they find your handywork) to this room, so make sure the area is clear before heading out.

4)Stealing a guard's outfit[]

This requires a bit of stealth and timing.

At the start, go directly to the left, where there's a backdoor to the guard's office, sneak to not be seen by the guard inside, then open the door and throw a coin in the opposite direction of the guard, so he will turn around and go look to the the source of the sound, now sneak behind him and sedate him, then drag his body back and take his clothes.

In the clinic[]

Once inside, there are two main corridors with several rooms and two separate staircase. The room directly in the front is the library, where one of the targets will be drinking from a bottle hidden in the earth globe, on the left, instead there's the dining room leading to the gym, the pools and some living rooms. On the right, there is a double door that has three doors, the first leads to the clinic's basement, the second to a security room, the third on a living room and the other on the outside.

The first staircase leads to the patient's rooms, with 4 rooms, marked with letters. A is 47's (patient) room. B is occupied by a sleeping patient, C is empty, while D is Lorenzo Lombardo's room, with one (two if Lorenzo Lombardo is in his room) patient guard standing near the door.

The second staircase, on the left of the main entrance, leads to the therapists' offices with 4 rooms, one is already is already unlocked, with a Therapist's outfit, occasionally, the therapist Greg Thurman will be on the second office, on the right.

Getting in the medical wing[]

By the basement[]

The basement is off limits to patients and guard patients, so the only way to get into the basement is to either have a Therapist or a Clinic Guard outfit.

Guard outfit[]

The clinic guard outfit can be taken off by the guard that is in the security room, first go into the patient A room, then get out of the room and go on the roof, now climb down using the pipe and be sure to sneak next to the electric box, then sneak back near the door, wait for the guard to come out and dispose of him, take his outfit and put his body in the nearby trash bin.

Now go back in the security room, take the keycard to the medical wing, the cell key and the VHS CCTV tape.

Get back into the corridor, and go into the first room on the left, with the stairs leading to the basement.

Therapist[]

The therapist outfit can be taken by going up the second floor with the second staircase, and going into the open office to grab the therapist outfit, alternatively, the disguise can be taken by disposing of the therapist occasionally going to his office, located in the same floor.

Now, go back down the stairs, and get back to the first double doors and then to the first door on the right leading down the basement.

By the security room[]

For this entrance, you can use the keycard on the desk of the security room to open the gate to the medical wing, but be sure to first have a patient guard outfit (otherwise you'll have to use the patient room A and climb down the water pipe to sneak to the electric box) , or a therapist outfit, you need to get the guard away to grab the keycard and if you haven't already, the CCTV VHS tape.

Get outside of the security room and sabotage the electric box, then wait out of sight until the guard comes investigating, dispose of the guard, hide his body and rush back in to grab the items 47 needs, then use the keycard on the door and go through the next keycard door to enter the medical wing.

Basement[]

Now that you're in the basement, there's a long corridor leading to a staircase up to the medical wing, with several rooms on the right and an area with several washing machines.

There are two orderlies roaming around and a clinic guard patrolling the corridor.

If you're quick, you can sedate the orderly going to the first door on the right, grab the stun gun, the medical wing area key and the orderly outfit, then hide the body in the nearby cloth box.

Medical wing[]

Note that neither the therapist nor the clinic guard is allowed in this area so don't get seen, unless you have the orderly outfit.

If you have the orderly outfit and the cell key, you can go directly to the second door of the medical wing, to Agent Smith and talk to him (but making sure nobody sees you entering his cell).

No orderly outfit[]

First, go ahead near the first door on the right near the staircase, you'll see an orderly sitting on a chair in a room, now wait for a second orderly to come, wait until he drinks coffee and complains about the poor quality of the drink, then when he leaves the room, climb through the opening and sneak, grab the cell key and the medical wing keycard (if you didn't already).

Now use the stun gun or the sedative to stun the orderly, grab all of his belongings and outfit, now drag the body to the cloth box nearby and stash his body there.

Now, go forward in the medical wing and down the stairs to reach the cells, and watch for the one that has Agent Smith in.

Beware though, as an orderly will roam around and go back forth between two cells, and will blow the cover if you're seen inside Agent Smith's cell, alternatively, you can dispose of the orderly and the patient banging on the door to get rid of witnesses and safely go into Agent Smith's cell.

Enter his cell and talk to him, he'll reveal that he's been drugged and tortured, as well the target's identity (randomized between the three targets each time). After the scene, sedate the agent with the fake death serum.

47 will now call Diana, informing her of the successful identification of the target, Diana will then inform 47 that due of internal conflict of power between New York families, there are now two low level optional targets worth $50.000 each.

Now, to progress the mission, you need to kill at least the main target and recover Agent Smith in the morgue, so leave the medical wing through the basement or the gate leading to the security room.

After a while, a cinematic will be shown where Agent Smith's "dead" body is led to the morgue.

Killing the Targets[]

There are three targets to kill in the level. One, which is selected at random, will be required for the mission and the other two will be optional. The targets can be dealt with even before you find Agent Smith, even though sometimes it will be marked as innocent and degrade the rating.

Lorenzo Lombardo[]

Lombardo,wears a blue robe, spends most of his time walking between his room on the second floor and the first floor kitchen.

Sabotage[]

One way to kill him, that will be considered an accident (so even if the body is found it will not affect the rating) is to head to the second floor and enter Room A in the West Wing. Go onto the balcony and enter the room next door, and approach the gas stove and use the action button to rig it to explode. When Lombardo uses it, he is blown up and his death made to look like an accident, but this will alert eveyone on the second floor.

Poison[]

Alternatively, you can poison his drink in the first floor kitchen for a stealthy kill, the former method is better since his will most likely stay in his room for long, you may have to be patient.

Regular killing[]

Another way, if you don't want to attract attention is to wait Lombardo in his room using the room A, to get on the balcony then in Lombardo's room, then wait behind the door near the lamp, when he gets in the room, wait for the door to close, then sneak and fiber wire him (even though it will end up 47 snapping Lombardo's neck), hide his body in the bathroom, then get out on the balcony, back in room A and out.

Rudy Menzana[]

Menzana, who wears a pink robe, walks between the hot tubs and the library in the middle of the first floor to drink from his secret stash in the world globe.

Chandelier accident[]

One way to make his death look like an accident is on the second floor, proceed to the room on the landing overlooking the room with the large globe in it. Plant the bomb on the right where the lights are secured and wait until the next target starts to take his drink before you detonate the bomb, causing the chandelier to drop on him.

Poisoning[]

Alternatively, you can poison the drink hidden within the globe when the bodyguard outside isn't looking.

Drowning[]

Another method is to follow him into the jacuzzi area, and push him into the water, although it requires timing to avoid being seen. You could just sedate him, and drag him to the second jacuzzi area, which is away from the door, even though it will affect the rating as a patient occasionally going in the tubs will discover the body.

Carmine DeSalvo[]

DeSalvo, who wears green robes, roams outside the fountain and goes to the gym to lift weights.

He is arguably the hardest to kill since timing is so vital almost regardless of what method the player uses and he is almost always supervised and many patients roam around the areas he stays in.

Weights strangle accident[]

Wait until he puts the dumbbell on the rack.

Make sure nobody sees you, then while he's resting, drop the weights onto his neck, making it look like an accident.

Poison[]

Another way is to poison the bottle at the feet of one the statues by the pool when nobody's looking.

Luring[]

One more would be luring him using dropped weapons (making sure no guard sees 47 dropping the weapons or the weapons themselves) to the security room (if you have disposed of the guard in it, it will be empty) and kill him there.

All Targets[]

A method that works on all three targets is to disguise as a therapist and approach them one by one. They will go to the therapy room in the center of the second floor for a session, making them easy targets for 47 to kill and hide. The therapist is on the second floor, and subdue him to take his disguise in his office.

Escape[]

After killing the main target and the optional targets, leave the clinic.

If you're playing at Normal or Easy, just head back to the entrance of the clinic, inside the morgue with the orderly outfit, revive Agent Smith and escape.

If you're playing on Expert or Professional, getting back the suit is necessary for a Silent Assassin rating.

Go back to wherever you left 47's suit, change back (making sure nobody sees you changing) into the suit.

Now go back to the entrance of the clinic, down the path to the morgue.

Be cautios at this point, as an orderly occasionally goes to the morgue and Clinic Guards patrol near the Morgue, then when the guard patrolling has his back turned and the orderly has left, go into the morgue and after reviving Agent Smith, escape.

Disguises[]

  • Patient - Patients of the clinic, wear simple white robes with shoes. Allows limited access to the ground and 2nd floor as well the courtyards, but not allowed into the patient private rooms, the morgue, the basement and medical wing. Will get frisked before entering the clinic.
  • Clinic Security - Private security of the clinic, recognizable from their blue uniform. Allows access to all of the Clinic except for the Medical Wing, as well being able to carry SLP .40 visibly without suspicion.
  • Patient's Bodyguard - Private guards of the patients, easily spotted due of the white robes, the earpiece and sunglasses. Allowed to all of the Clinic, except Medical Wing, Morgue and Basement. Permitted to carry SLP.40 and TMP visibly without suspicion.
  • Orderly - Medical orderlies of the medical wing, they wear white trousers, white t-shirt and black shoes. Allows for access to all of the clinic, including medical wing and morgue, they are allowed to carry Stun guns visibly without suspicioun.
  • Therapist - Pyschologists working for the clinic for rehabilitation, the only doctor working there when 47 arrives is Greg Thurman (when 47 grabs the disguise, it will always have that name), spotted for the white coat with a red pappilon, with glasses, brown shoes and olive trousers. Allowed in all of the clinic, except for the medical wing and morgue. It also unlocks a special interaction with the targets with being able to lure them in the therapy room for a private session, that makes the targets easy to kill.
