Giuseppe Guillano (sometimes spelled Guillani) (also known as Don "Anguillo" Guillano), is the Don of one of the largest, most influential groups of the Sicilian Mafia. He is one of 47's main targets in Hitman 2: Silent Assassin.

Background[]

The story about this castellamarese first family is a colourful yet dreadful history etched in blood - from omerta and the traditional mafia rituals of Sicily to the internecine bloodshed of a family feud over centuries, eventually resulting in him being the capo di tutti capi on this island. In the murky aftermath he ruthlessly removed all the competition - all the other Mafia chieftains, union racketeers, drug kingpins - and forever changed the course of organized crime history on this island. He has won a legacy that will live for centuries - but he has grown complacent. Complacency breeds mistakes. The Don had a routine kidnapping of a stranger carried out - nothing out of the ordinary here. But it would turn out to be the mistake of a lifetime. As they say here: Lu sangu lava lu sangu (blood washes blood).

Hitman 2: Silent Assassin[]

The capture of Emilio Vittorio led to Agent 47 coming out of retirement, with which he ventures there after Father Vittorio is kidnapped by Guillani, killing him but discovering that Vittorio has already been taken away from the villa "by 4 bearded, Russian looking types in uniform." Giuseppe Guillano has a son, a lawyer and a brother as well as lot of armed bodyguards in his villa. The Don frequently enjoys playing golf. He can be often seen on his balcony practicing with his club.

Appearance[]

He is an overweight male with black hair. He wears a sky blue shirt, grey pants and red suspenders. He is 5'11" (180 cm) and weighs 264 lbs (120 kg).[1]

Trivia[]

  • His last name is spelled incorrectly at times.
  • He is often seen with his Lawyer or his bodyguard. He will shoot at Agent 47 with his revolver if alerted, which causes the guards to pursue Agent 47 due to gun shots.
  • The headquarters of his group is the Villa Borghese, in the countryside of Palermo.
  • In Hitman: Absolution, there is a reference to him in the Diana Burnwood trailer, on September 26th, 2010, according to the New Day News, his son's death was deemed a suicide, however, given the fact that is within her ICA folder, it is likely that Agent 47 was involved.
