"Not much is known about the jaguar on the footage. The Indians believe it is a god. They call it 'Tezcatlipoca'. The god of death. There are rumors of sacrifices being made to 'Tezcatlipoca'."
Diana Burnwood, Controller, The Agency

U'wa jungle god (referred by the U'wa tribe as Tezcatlipoca, the god of death in U'wa language) is a large jaguar worshiped by the U'Wa tribe as their God of death.

Background

It can be encountered during the mission The Jungle God when Agent 47 is trying to locate the secret passage to Pablo's camp. The U'wa tribe worship it as their god, thus, killing it will provoke their anger and turn them hostile against Agent 47. They attack 47 by shooting darts at him with blowguns until death - theirs or his.

Being a jaguar, it is swift and agile, capable of approaching 47 in mere seconds. In addition, it will ignore your disguise.
